Refund policy

Every T1D Brands item is printed or embroidered just for you when you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll make it right. Contact us at hello@t1dbrands.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll help.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Cancellations: orders go into production quickly. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to cancel.
